thats normal after exercising after a long period of time not doing so. youre fine erin lol your body just isnt used to the sudden extreme movement. shit, my thighs are so sore from starting up exercising again 3 days ago and i can barely stand lol

I should probably start doing this more often so it doesn’t suck as hard holy shit. Ugh but man it’s not only being this exhausted, I also just don’t eat right or take care of myself very well. I’ve been getting ill too often lately, just by leaving the house I manage to catch something;;;;; I guess this really isn’t something I should be worrying about anyway. I’ll be gone next month anyway, I’ll have time to exercise everyday there fffff
